We are expecting from our logistic provider to bring us some suggestion and experience for efficient supply-chain.  Here is the list of question we would appreciate your feedback.

我们希望我们的物流提供者能够提供建议和分享经验,以达到高效的供应链管理。以下是我们期望您能提供反馈意见的问题。

1.       Receiving at 3PL platform 3PL平台收货

Because checking item by item is time-consuming and inefficient. What do you think of  efficient and secure way in receiving in 3PL platform

由于按单品验收耗费时间且效率低下。您能否给出高效、安全的收货方法?

•    We check all goods piece by piece in the begin

    开始时,所有货物都需按件验收

•    We evaluate the delivering quality of each supplier

   我们评估每个供应商的送货质量

•    We do random checking for goods from qualified suppliers

   对合格的供应商采取抽样检查

•    On the other hand, we use following methodology to ensure receiving quality

–  Classify goods into heavy goods and light goods

          按轻货重货分类

–  Checking heavy goods by weight, if it is less than defined weight, it is unqualified

          对重货进行称重,若少于规定重量即为不合格品

–  Classify light goods into high value goods and low value goods further

          再细分所有轻货为高价值和低价值货物

–  Checking high value goods 100% and low value randomly.

          高价值货物100%按件检查,低价值货物实行抽检.

 

2.       Truck management 车辆管理

–  Customer service staff tracks delivery activity and responds to any complaint or requirement from customers

Do you have any proposal for transportation mode in the cross-docking project?

•    Generally, one truck delivers to one store/one area in a trip.

     通常情况下,单辆车单趟配送单家门店/地区.

–  Full truckload (TL), or

         整车配送,或

–  Less than truckload (LTL)

• we will study the possibility if we can integrate the volume from 2/3 stores into one full truckload

3.       Delivery on store’s site 门店收货

What action you will take to guarantee store receiving efficiently and correctly? How will you manage and measure 3PL deliveryman service?

您会采取何种措施来保证门店收货的效率和正确率?您会如何管理和考核3PL送货人员?

As 3PL, we will help to ensure receiving efficient and correct in store. We have KPIs inside to measure our delivery performance.

作为第三方,我们会帮助门店确保收货的效率和正确率。我们有内部的KPI体系来衡量配送业绩。

 

4.       Returned bills and goods 回单和返库商品

   How long  will you  bring returned bills and goods back to the 3PL platform in HD area ?How can you manage returned bills and goods?

   您认为在华东地区回单和返库商品的时间间隔多长合适? 您如何管理回单和返库商品?

   For return goods:

   对于退货:

The return frequency is 1 week in East China. We manage return goods as the process provided by Customer, when the return goods taken back to our warehouse, we store it in dedicated area. If the return volume is big, we will inform the supplier to take back directly. Otherwise, when the pertinent supplier delivers goods to warehouse, we will arrange them to take back return goods and sign pertinent document.

在华东区,退货周期为1周。我们按客户提供的流程管理退货。当退货回到仓库,我们把退货储存在专门的区域。如果退货量很大,我们会通知供应商直接带回。否则的话,当相关供应商送货到仓库时带回退货,并签收相关文件。

For return bills:

对于回单:

The collection frequency is 1 week in East China. We involve the activity of bills collection in our normal operation process and KPIs inside.

   收集回单的频率为1周1次。我们的常规操作流程和内部KPI体系中包含了回单收集作业

 

5.       Warehouse management 仓库管理

How do you manage the warehouse?What kind of WMS do you use in the warehouse?

您如何管理仓库? 您使用何种仓库管理系统?

We accumulate rich know-how in warehouse management with experienced team, and we use YUNTU&WMS to manage warehousing.

在仓库管理上我们累积了丰富的技巧,我们有经验丰富的管理团队,我们运用云途仓储子系统来管理仓库。

 

6.       Supplier management 供应商管理

How can you assist Auchan logistics in managing supplier delivery performance? How do you measure supplier service rate?

您如何协助欧尚物流部管理供应商的送货行为? 您如何考评供应商?

We evaluate the delivering quality of each supplier and record the data and results. If it is necessary, we will provide the data to Customer.

我们评估每个供应商的送货质量,并记录相关数据与结果,如果需要,我们可以为客户提供这些数据和结果。

 

7.       Customer service 客服水平

How will you do in customer service, including stores and suppliers?

在客服方面(门店和供应商服务),你认为需做些什么?

For suppliers:

We will build communication channel with suppliers to share data, arrange receiving window time, and so forth, so that we can help suppliers to decrease their delivery time.

我们将建立与供应商间的沟通渠道来分享信息,安排收货时间窗口,等以便于供应商减少送货时间。

For stores:

对于门店:

We are also willing to communicate with the staff in stores to share delivery information, and respond to any complaint quickly.

我们也愿意与门店沟通分享配送信息,并对任何投诉作出快速反应。

 

8.       Automatic measurement of volumes for standardized package item  采用标准包装进行体积的自动测算

Measuring and reporting to Auchan logistics the exact volume of each order is time-consuming if you have to manually measure each order. What method would you implement to improve this step?

对每个订单进行测体积并汇报给我们是一件非常耗时的事情。如何加快这个步骤,您的建议是……?

When we receive goods in first time, we will weight and measure dimension for each SKU and record into product master data.

当我们在第一次收货时,我们会测量每个品相的重量和尺寸,并记录在产品主数据库内。

Next time our system will calculate the volume as required automatically.

下一次,我们的系统会自动按要求进行计算。

 

9.       Lead time of BJ and CD area 北京和成都地区的在途时间

How long will you take to transport goods from 3PL platform to stores in Beijing and Chengdu?

贵司车队需几日从上海平台送货至北京和成都门店?

It is 5 days from Shanghai warehouse to Beijing stores, and 7 days to Chengdu stores.

从上海仓库到北京门店需5天,到成都门店需7天。

 

10.   Demand of KPI   KPI要求

Please indicate your commitment values 

请简要说明您能做到的数据:

a. Lead time (HD area) 交货期(华东地区)

Formula = 1- [Number of delay days by order/ (target lead time* number of received orders)] ≥ 97%

公式=1-[订单延迟天数/(目标交货期×订单总量)] ≥ 97%

Penalty = number of orders exceed the target value * total cost /number of received orders * 30%

罚款=超过指标的延迟订单数×月平均订单成本×30%

b Quality discrepancy 收货差异

Percentage of items without mistake received by stores after being processed through 3PL platform.

由于3PL原因造成的商品差异率

Formula= 1-[number of orders with mistakes due to 3PL / number of orders received by 3PL] ≥ 97%

公式=1-数量差异订单量/月订单量

Penalty: 3PL must compensate to Auchan according to the 100% of Store’s purchase price with VAT.

赔偿=门店含税进价的100%

If 3PL cannot reach the KPI target value, the following penalty will become effective.

如3PL为达到指标,将有以下赔款:

Penalty: 3PL must compensate to Auchan according to the 110% of Store’s purchase price with VAT.

赔偿=门店含税进价的110%

c Volume measurement

Customer will randomly check the volume declared by 3PL at 3PL or Auchan platform. +/-5% variance between 3PL declared and Customer measured is acceptable. For the volume exceed the target value, the penalty formula is following:

Penalty= (1-pecentage exceeded the target value)* monthly cost declared by 3PL

客户会对由第三方物流报告的体积和重量进行抽查。在5%的差异内允许超出的百分比需要按照如下计算公式由3PL支付费用:

罚款=超出5%差异的百分比×月运输费用

d Goods return   退货返库时间

Handling period: both returned goods and bills must be transported back to 3PL platform within_???_days once arrival to store. The penalty refer to the delivery lead time.

回单和商品返库时间需要几日从客户各门店返回至上海3PL台。北京、成都各是多少天?

罚款和交货期指标考核一致。

Handling period: both returned goods and bills must be transported back to 3PL platform within_7_days once arrival to store. For Beijing and Chengdu, it is 14 days

The penalty refers to the delivery lead time.

回单和商品返库时间需要7日从客户各门店返回至上海3PL台北京、成都各是14天.

罚款和交货期指标考核一致。

e Report delay 报告迟延

3PL should send the reports to Customer on time according to the SOP. If the report cannot send on time, 3PL will compensate to Customer 50RMB per day per report.

3PL应该根据要求向客户提供报告,若不能及时,3PL支付每天每报告50元人民币作为罚款。

f Complaints confirmation 投诉处理

Reply all emails and complaints within 5 working days, otherwise Auchan will regard 3PL accepts Auchan data or the compensation in defaulted.

3PL需要在5个工作日内回复email和投诉。逾期则认为3PL默认。
